 Denise M. Hebb, CPA, CFE
Managing Member

- Internal controls and fraud
Denise has worked in both corporate and public
accounting for over twenty years. She was recently
senior manager of a local CPA firm and has held CFO,
Treasurer, and Controller positions. As a Certified
Fraud Examiner, Denise has expertise in the area of
fraud and helps small businesses assess control
risks, design and implement internal controls, and
monitor the effectiveness of their controls. She
oversees audits of local governments, churches,
non-profit entities, local governments, and entities
subject to HUD regulations. Denise specializes in
tax preparation, planning, and problem resolution with
significant experience in preparing multi-state tax
returns.
Stephen J. Hebb
Tax Preparer/Office Manager
Stephen prepares tax returns and provides
bookkeeping services to many of our small
business clients.
Sadie Scully
Bookkeeper Sadie provides
bookkeeping services to many of our small
clients. She also supports our tax practice by
preparing and assembling tax returns.
